COVID-19 Update from the CEO – April 20, 2021
“It is easy to look for loopholes, but rather let’s look for how we can keep each other safe.” – Dr. Bonnie Henry, B.C.’s provincial health officer
It is National Volunteer Week – a chance for everyone at each of our facilities to acknowledge and say thank you to the many volunteers across our organization who selflessly dedicate their time, energy and compassion to improve patient and resident experiences.
Although the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted how volunteers have been able to support our sites over the last year, they remain a crucial part of the delivery of care and services.

This means staying home when sick, maintaining good hand hygiene, physically distancing, and wearing a mask when you cannot distance.
